Can I connect my Instagram account today?
The existing benZo pilot has a receive-only enrollment. General customer onboarding is not yet open; you can request a place in the future pilot.
Will ATLASAGENT automatically reply to customers?
Not in the current public beta. Suggestions and review are being qualified; sending requires explicit permissions and further testing.
Do I need to pay to request access?
No. A beta request is not a subscription, charge or promise of immediate access.
Where is my business data processed?
The planned agent processes data on the client's own supported computer. Meta events necessarily pass through an external webhook/queue. Security testing and customer-device onboarding are not yet complete.
